Dr Philip Po Him WU, JP, BBS, was a senior banker for over 30 years.  He has also been Chairman or board member of various trust funds, and special committees of the Hong Kong SAR Government.   He held similar position on some university councils.  After his retirement from banking he has been involved in HR consulting.
